The Sims 2: Beach house 2

Ive created this beach for a special friend known as Zin779 for the kindness she has shown me :). This house has a small beach as a back yard along with a light house tower that you can walk up stairs to the top. The beach house on the first floor has a living room built for TV enjoyment and reading. The kitchen constructed with all basic need including a small bar for those days of kicking back or parties. A personal room just for dinning with a view of the beach. A big hall way with a door leading to the back of the house. A small guest/study room for those work days. Going up stairs we have a big hall way to sit and enjoy a good book or the view. A bath room for all to use and of course the master bedroom. Leading to the big balcony which has a great view of the whole lot. Good for those warm summer nights. The house is all furnished and has reflective wood floors. Contains a parking spot which leads to the tables, benches, and grill for a fun cook out. As a special treat I have built a light house tower that I mentioned earlier for those who love a great view. It's of 3 floors high that you can walk up to the top and there are benches to relax on and a telescope for those starry nights.

Artic cabins sims 2 home

I’ve created the winter environment for all those Sims who enjoy the cold weather. Surrounded with hills and small mountains covered in snow with pine trees all around. There are two cabins in this area the main cabin is located in the back side, and the guest one is located in the front. For the main house it contains of a lot of room provided for building a kitchen, living room and dining room. Has a fire place and a guest bathroom in the first floor section. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms available one big main room, one room for one person, and a regular sized room that may be for two, and of course a bathroom at the top with a medium sized hall way to decorate to your taste of liking. Stairs are provided at entrance due to the elevation of the land. As for the guest cabin has also a lot of space provided for making a living room, special place for the kitchen/dining room either indoors or out, and a fireplace provided. One guest bathroom and one room downstairs. As for upstairs there is a lot of room for bedrooms or anything you would like to make of it. There is also a huge balcony that you can view all front angles for. Two parking spaces available and houses are unfurnished enjoys and happy simming. You can download the house here:

Keep in mind that some of these files may be in the format of zip or rar, and some computer may take one but not the other so make sure you take the one that best fits for your computer.Do make sure you follow all the instruction the site gives you for installing the content. Desert home sims 2 home

A new enviornmet surrounded but mountains with cactus and desert plants we move to the desert. This terrain was built from scratch as all of my creations with all types of terrain levels. SO if you love the desert life this is the house for your sims. The house is considered 3 levels due to the level of the terrain it sits on. The fist level of this house is of course the stais to get to the front of the house. The second contains of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, guest room, and some room for the dinning table inside ir as wished could be moved out side. The last floor has a main bedroom and the master bedroom, along side with a bathroom which has a view od the mountains. As for cars a parking garage is provided along side with the cacti. This house is also unfirnished except for the kitchen and bathroom which have been modeled for you. Be creative and give those sims who enjoy hot weather a good home have fun ;) video and download will always be provided at the bottom of the page.

Beach paradise sims 2 home

I have made this house with a terrain of a beach as a back yard. In the middle of the water there is a small island that you can view from the back yard. The yard contains of palm trees, shells, small crabs, and some sea stars. Set up with custom tables, chairs, umbrellas, swing chair, and BBQ's for those grilling summer days. As for the housing it is also two stories high with great ocean view. On the first floor we have a small hall way with stairs, the kitchen, living room, small space provided for the dining room with great view from windows, and a guest bath room, Up to the second floor we have a huge bedroom with bathroom included, along with a small balcony pointing to the island view. This also has reflective floors but as I said in the previous blog it may not show up due to the need of having it on your downloads already. This house is also unfirnished so have fun decorating it your won style. Here is my video of the house so you may see it better along with a download enjoy :D

Exotic falls sims 2 home creation

Exotic falls is the name of the land ive created which includes a waterfall surrounded by mountains with exotic trees and plants, a lake caved down surrrounded by small mountains, a pond for fishing with beautifull plants in the water, a meadow between the falls and the caved lake full of beautifull flowers, and last but not least a small hill near the home. The home is made from scratch as well as the land two stories high with a balcony on the second floor with great view of all the 5 wonders. The home includes a hall way, a living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and dining room in the first floor. On the second floor we have another hall way, 1 main bedroom, main bathroom, and as mentioned earlier the balcony. Also comes with a parking garage. The house is furnished with custom items and reflective floors if you already have that download if not I will try to remember the site and make a blog explaining how to install it and where to find it hope you like this and happy simming :D
