I have made this house with a terrain of a beach as a back yard. In the middle of the water there is a small island that you can view from the back yard. The yard contains of palm trees, shells, small crabs, and some sea stars. Set up with custom tables, chairs, umbrellas, swing chair, and BBQ's for those grilling summer days. As for the housing it is also two stories high with great ocean view. On the first floor we have a small hall way with stairs, the kitchen, living room, small space provided for the dining room with great view from windows, and a guest bath room, Up to the second floor we have a huge bedroom with bathroom included, along with a small balcony pointing to the island view. This also has reflective floors but as I said in the previous blog it may not show up due to the need of having it on your downloads already. This house is also unfirnished so have fun decorating it your won style. Here is my video of the house so you may see it better along with a download enjoy :D
